The carbon eyebrow powder is developed to bleach the natural pigment of the eyebrow hairs. 

Due to the presence of unique complexes and carbon pigments in the composition, the product fully protects the hair structure of the eyebrows and reduces the potential risk of the undesired yellow tone in the bleached hairs. 

To use: 

Light Technique - Up 1-2 Colour Levels 

1. Mix ELAN Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder with ELAN Oxidising Emulsion 3% in the ratio 1:3 (one part powder, three parts emulsion)
2. Apply the mixture on the thicker hairs, then spread on the eyebrows using a makeup brush. Leave to develop for 1-3 minutes depending on the desired shade. 
3. Remove with cotton pad moistened with water. Repeat if wanting a lighter shade. (NOTE! Use a thin brush when repeating treatment)
4. Apply ELAN Cleansing Detox Mousse on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction. Remove with a cotton pad moistened with water. 
5. It is highly recommended to use ELAN COLOUR FIX as a leave-in care treatment after the bleaching procedure. 

Intense Technique - Up 3-5 Colour Levels

1. Mix ELAN Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder with ELAN Oxidising Emulsion 3% in the ratio 1:2 (one part powder, two parts emulsion)
2. Apply the mixture on the thicker hairs, then spread on the eyebrows using a makeup brush. Leave to develop for 5-15 minutes depending on the desired shade. (NOTE! Use a thin brush when repeating treatment)
3. Remove with cotton pad moistened with water. Repeat if wanting a lighter shade.
4. Apply ELAN Cleansing Detox Mousse on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction. Remove with a cotton pad moistened with water.
5. It is highly recommended to use ELAN COLOUR FIX as a leave-in care treatment after the bleaching procedure. 

The powder is enriched with: 

• The conditioning liquidum complex that ensures maximum protection and cares for the eyebrow hairs during the eyebrow bleaching procedure. This makes the bleaching mixture more elastic, which makes the application more convenient. 
• Amino acid-rich wheat and rice proteins enter deeply into the cortex, due to which they provide additional care for the hair from the inside 
• Neutralising carbon pigments minimises the possibility of an undesirable yellow tone in bleached hair.
