I suggest using 1 & 1/2 tsp per batch of frosting or batter/mix. This is great for cheesecakes, cakes, cupcakes, pound cakes and pancakes. We highly recommend pairing this flavor in your buttercreams red velvet, chocolate, and carrot cakes just to name a few.
