The 3Lab Perfect Cleansing Emulsion is a multi-purpose cleanser. The emulsion removes impurities, dissolves makeup and other cosmetic products, whilst also soothing redness, calming sensitivity and prevents the skin from feeling tight. The emulsion can be used on either dry or wet skin, or can be applied with a cotton disk, which is advised for makeup removal. The emulsion contains active ingredients that balance skin tone, prevent free radical damage, exfoliate, moisturise and act as an anti-oxidant.
